Tempeh Bagus was born from a three-year journey around the world. After five months in Indonesia, Stefanie and Christoph left with the determination to bring this specialty back to Switzerland. What began as homemade tempeh produced in a camper van has grown into a professional artisanal kitchen in Liestal.
