Honeynut Pumpkin - Unit

Price

CHF3.00

Sweet and aromatic, Honeynut is a variety of squash with firm flesh and a concentrated flavor. Perfect for roasting: simply quarter it, remove the seeds, brush with oil, season, and bake at 220 °C for 10 to 15 minutes. It can also be enjoyed raw — thinly sliced — as a starter or in salads.

Its compact size and thin skin make it easy to handle and nearly waste-free. A seasonal favorite for its versatility and natural sweetness. Grown in Baselland and certified IP-Suisse.

Producer
At Mathis Hof, the passion for pumpkins began in 1991. They were pioneers in cultivating and promoting this crop in Switzerland, even helping to found the national association that champions its value today. Currently, they grow nearly 100 tons a year and over 250 varieties — both edible and decorative. With a mix of tradition, curiosity, and innovation, they offer seasonal fruits with character and deep care for the land.
