Honeynut Pumpkin - Unit

Sweet and aromatic, Honeynut is a variety of squash with firm flesh and a concentrated flavor. Perfect for roasting: simply quarter it, remove the seeds, brush with oil, season, and bake at 220 °C for 10 to 15 minutes. It can also be enjoyed raw — thinly sliced — as a starter or in salads.

Its compact size and thin skin make it easy to handle and nearly waste-free. A seasonal favorite for its versatility and natural sweetness. Grown in Baselland and certified IP-Suisse.

Currently, they grow nearly 100 tons a year and over 250 varieties — both edible and decorative.
